Terms and conditions

We work solely on the basis of the German Freight Forwarders’ Standard Terms and Conditions (Allgemeine Deutsche Spediteurbedingungen 2016 - ADSp 2016). Section 23 of these Standard Terms and Conditions (ADSp 2016) limits the legal liability for damage to goods according to Section 431 of the German Commercial Code (HGB) amounting to 8.33 SDR/kg per loss claim or event to EUR 1 million or 2 million or 2 SDR/kg, depending on which amount is higher, and for multimodal transport, including maritime transport, to 2 SDR/kg in general.
